"I booked a room with a beach view, but when I arrived and the hotel no longer had a room with a beach view but would have one the next day. We moved ALL our belongings next morning to the new room with a beach view. The view was lovely, but we had an air conditioner that constantly leaked into the floor. "The property is at the end of a private/gated area. Hotel seems recently renovated but some of the finishes (flooring & shower tiling) showing some wear already. King bed was very firm and found it not comfortable. Hotel has many convenient amenities for a visiting family such as small store, restaurants, pool games and poolside food service. "We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left.
