"I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. Shortly after accessing the unit, we discovered a severe pest infestation, including both bed bugs and cockroaches.
Due to these unhygienic and unsafe conditions, staying there was completely impossible. We immediately reached out to the host/property management through the Expedia app and by phone to report the issue. After receiving no immediate resolution, we had no choice but to check out and leave.
