"I booked two rooms for eight nights, and the staff made the whole experience incredible, they were all very warm, polite, and professional. Their consistency and sincerity easily take this 3-star property to a 5-star level. The people here really made our stay memorable. Food was top-notch, both à la carte and buffet breakfast 10/10. "As pictured, close to shopping, restaurants, Kuta beach. Buffet breakfast was awesome great way to start the day. Hotel is kept in great condition, beautiful pool area with lots of seating both sun and shade. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."
