A revamp resort in fact my kids enjoy more than KL stay. Cannot wait for the Outdoor theme park to open soon to come back. Check in was a long queue as guess peak period. Service standard of the checkin staff was good and very detail. They took in our request for connecting room as with kids. And offer us fruits basket when one of the room was delay due to maintenance. Excellant service recovery.

Staff are friendly and hardworking. Did a good job in keeping the room clean. They are generous in providing slippers. Wanna to extend my stay but the staff not able to help me secure a room reason given was since I booked under Expedia, I need to go on line of call Expedia to ask for extension. Due to that we have decided not to extend our stay.
