"I stayed in this hotel few years back, it was an old hotel . Never wanted to repeat but this time, due to a last minute arrangement, this is the only hotel available for me. From outside everything looks the same but it came my surprise that they have upgraded the rooms with modern simple design. ..."

"The hotel was superb. The view is just Wow. The pool is amazing. Ipoh was supposed to just be a stop between 2 other places, but we ended up loving it much more than the 2 others (Penang and Cameron Highlands). I would have stayed longer here."

"The staff, from the concierge, reception and waiters/waitresses were all very alert and attentive. The property is new and clean. And we were also treated to a complimentary high tea on Saturday.
The only downside is that our room is just adjacent to the Lounge where the high tea is served and it can get a bit noisy from the high tea guests. Otherwise, we had a good stay and will consider staying here again."
