Decent hotel and surrounding areas.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and a decent hotel. There's a big supermarket nearby, a food court and a launderette, if you're up to doing your own washing... all very reasonably priced. The only issue is that you need a car to get around...or indeed a taxi, however taxis are virtually non existent for some strange reason ! So you have to use an app to get a 'grab' car.... which wasn't the easiest thing to do. I must thank the lady at reception who was very helpful and professional in assisting me .

The property is in a somewhat desolate area, so you'll need your own car or willingness to take a taxi everywhere. The rooms are clean and spacious but there are already signs of poor maintenance throughout. No complaints about the stay though; we had both a connecting room (king with two twin beds) as well as a deluxe queen (two queen beds) and found them very comfortable for our family with two small children. A couple of nasi kandar breakfast options nearby; there is an Aeon mall nearby with a pretty good food court.

Perfect For A Mini Trip

We went for a wedding at Ipoh all the way from Singapore. Front Desk Were Super helpful one the early check in for one room at least as the other connecting room was not ready as we were early. Room were very clean and if you require extra pillow mineral water or toilet rolls the house keeping are helpful. It's a small hotel so breakfast is not within their hotel but opposite the hotel there's eating area, walking distance 7/11. Overall we were satisfied.

Happy stay

A very satisfied stay here. The hotel condition is good with a comfortable lobby to welcome the guest, great smile from the receptionist. Surprise that there is a lift even this hotel is just 3 stories and this make it very convenient for people who traveling with elders and big luggage. Room is big enough and toilet is clean. WiFi is fast enough. 1 thing not so good is that the sound proof can be better. Overall a very happy stay.

Pros : It’s a new hotel. Clean and quiet. Modern type. There’s a Tesco next to it and a mamak shop opposite it. Cons : Out of town area. No WiFi(we called and the receptionist said they would restart but it’s still the same).

Nice hotel that is clean and comfortable.

Located not too far from city centre. About 15 mins. Rooms are not too big but well equipped. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Newer than Indra Hotel. Around 2 years so facilities in good condition. It is just beside a 24/7 mamak restaurant though so the rooms just opposite will hear noises and music thought the night. It is convenient if you want to eat something there. Nearby is Tesco as well.

Nice & Clean Hotel, easy to access to amenities

Family stay overnight. Staff are friendly, a lot of car parks available (subject to local town council parking charges). the Shower room is equipped with big shower head so make shower more comfortable. Lift available so not need to worry to carry luggages upstairs especially family with young children.
