The cleanliness of the hotel itself and the rooms are superb. Housekeeping does everyday cleaning and changed towels, refills tissue and toilet papers daily. Check-in was courteous and prompt. Happy hour in the evening was actually 3 hours and basic foods were available. Breakfast was of good quality and variety. Courtesy coach available to/from airport

Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers
The room was good and clean however I was given a room with view to court yard and had to close the blinds as other rooms could see my room. I was very disappointed as I paid a hefty fee for my stay and was given a substandard room and the shower was terrible
