"I cannot say enough about this hotel!! My husband and I loved our stay there and would stay again in the future. From the moment we checked in, we received a room upgrade and the staff were all so welcoming!! The room itself was heavenly!! It was a suite with a kitchen, sitting room, separate bathroom and then the bedroom with a balcony. I requested a high floor and did get one because I wanted the view of the river and the city. It was nice to have coffee in the morning on the balcony. ...

"The tall and thin guy at the reception who checked me in was sweet and polite. The hotel should refurbish as the upkeep is worn out considering the price per night. The shower pressure and hot water is inconsistent. Sofas shouldn’t be stained. Materials used in the interior should be upgraded to maintain the hotel brand reputation. "
