"The property is at a new renovated Ritz but this unit hasn’t been renovated. The beds were not comfortable and one was lumpy, carpet was stained and very limited bath towels. "

"I stayed in the maxine building and its was not as expected, I woke up to roaches in my room and the bathroom, I had to be moved to the main building the Catalina where I expected to stay originally the phones weren’t working it took them forever to bring us wash cloths it’s wasn’t horrible however it wasn’t worth the money spent the room in the Catalina was a bit better no roaches obviously and the sheets were a bit better quality. "Great experience in a convenient location to beaches and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a great amenity. Hookah wasn’t the best and I was charged for early check in time for 11am but they didn’t get me in a hotel room until 230pm then still charged me. I was under the impression I was going to get early check in, then front desk didn’t alert me it was ready until I came down but overall great experience hotel rooms were cleaned daily and the restaurant downstairs is a plus but expensive"
