"When we showed up our room wasn't ready and it was already 5:30. They said they had maintenance issues and we would have to wait about an hour. No further explanation and we had to beg them to find us a room. really dissapointing. once we got the room everything was fine"

"While the pictures are beautiful and the hotel really did do a lot of work to update it, there’s noticeable signs of a rush job to paint or get the place show ready. The furniture had a lot of scuffs, the outlets were a little loose, and the paint job is mediocre at best. All in all, it was worth the stay and you cannot beat the location to the beach. The reason I would return is because of the staff! They were incredible, and the food was SHOCKINGLY amazing. Highly note that Sarah from the pool is out of this world as a server. Fast, kind, and reliable. The best conversationalist too! The hotel it self is a little outdated, but the staff is out of this world."

"The room was clean as always and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was included hot and very good. I take a lot of cruises and this is my go to hotel when I cruise out of Miami. I have stayed there as a solo traveler, with my husband and we have traveled with our grandsons and stayed there. We have always been very happy. I remember the first time we arrived at it from the airport and the Uber driver said we were at one of the best hotels in Miami and he was right! 5 stars out of 5 for sure!"

"I will start off by saying the entire staff was amazing from the staff at pool area to beach- my housekeeper was amazing also each and everyday - but the stars were at the front desk completely there was nothing I didn’t wait for and it was a birthday trip for me and they were on it all the way - I go to Miami 3-5 times a year and this was truly a gem I had not found but glad I did - Thanks especially to morning and night front desk for making me feel so special- Safia and Audry"
