One phone call was all it took and the staff immediately found it, safely kept it and returned it to us when we came back into the country. "Amazing room and amenities! Guest can use the spa during certain hours and it was super nice and not too crowded. Beds were so comfortable. Only negative was the room was super hard to find and had to go up and down a lot of stairs to get to it. "

"The room was warm, spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom didn’t have a bath, which my wife was disappointed about. But we enjoyed the shower. There was plenty of pressure and hot water was in abundance. A few cobwebs around the room, but could only see them in low light, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and there was no toilet brush. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was lovely, though slightly overpriced. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend. And hope to return one day "
