"Great stay at this place. Staffs are very welcoming. Fuji Mountain view was spectacular from our villa roof top. The only drawback is that the location is a little far from town- 15mins if you cycle or 30min walking. This will not be of a problem if you have own transport or, if you are fit, can rent a bicycle which is also fun. Hotel provide transportation from/to town but with limited timings. "This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "櫃台會說中文超讚的，進去大廳就有飲水機(好感動!!)房間很溫暖空間也很大，茶包也很好喝，房間雖然沒有富士山的景色，但走出飯店5-7分鐘就有富士山可以看，旁邊也有2-3個美術館可以去，前後便利商店都很近，飯店也有腳踏車可以租，很喜歡!!!!飯店也有付費接送服，實在是不想大小包的提行李去車站，覺得整體而言很方便!!"
