"Our family of 3 was very happy with our stay at Centurion Hotel & Spa Ueno. The room was small, but totally fine for our 2 night stay. Everything worked well. Hotel staff were all very nice to us. The spa was great, too. Each evening after dinner, we took a nice hot bath, and then plunged into the ice cold pool for just a few minutes.ut felt great!"

"We stayed 7 nights on this hotel, the staffs are so helpful. Incredible view of the city from 13 floor. Breakfast was great and has a lot of choices. The hotel is walkable to Shinjuku Station and Higashi Shinjuku Station. A lot of good retaurants around the are and very close to a lot of convinient stores. "

"This was our second stay at this hotel. Overall, we are happy with the hotel, location, and close proximity to the train station. We enjoy the view of watching the trains at nights instead of looking over Skytree which was another room option."

"We had a lovely room, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were lovely. We loved the central location with easy access to the trains, restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and made excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back! "
