"We had bed bugs in our room. They bit all four of us. The staff was helpful and cleaned bedsheets but it was not helpful. They were not willing to give us refund because we booked via expedia. Otherwise we would have left and found another hotel."

"6泊しました。ホテルは清潔で綺麗で大満足でした。特に17:00～19:00のハッピータイムでは、質の高い美味しい料理とお酒が食べ放題、飲み放題で最高でした。ただ一点だけ、地域柄なのかもしれませんが、周囲からの大音量ミュージック（バー？コンサート？？）が23時過ぎまで続くのにはいささか閉口しました。初めは金曜だから？週末だから？と翌日以後に期待していたのですが、結局連夜でした・・。でもまた泊まりたいホテルです。"

"Stayed with kids , The facility is nice : clean housekeeping is great, front desk ( redwan, Burhan and shamsuleddin) were awsome also were bellmen Mohamed , sameh and others .. It is near everything , very close to sultan Abdul hamid II tomb. Between bazaar and blue mosque .. by the tram station. The only thing is the queen/king bed should be more comfier …the breakfast could have some improvement.. u might like it - we will say ok for breakfast 3.5/5 other than that I like it and I will be...
