"Hotel was not bad. Food was good as well. Enjoyed staying in this hotel."

"Room was clean and more spacious. The electric driven remote controlled shades are cool and really added a touch of class to the room. Security officer John talked to guests to find out if they need anything to make them find their way around the hotel. Breakfast and a la carte lunch were very good. A bit of disappointment that the coconut was too young to have any meat inside which is the way I want it. View yes the view, though still a construction site, the bay view is a bonus for sunset viewing though not during my stay because typhoon Inday."

"Everything was okay. I had a great stay and the staff and extremely helpful during my stay. My only problem was I booked a non-smoking room but everytime I come back to my room after a clean, it always smell like cigs. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Will stay again"

"I think it is a 5 stars hotel. Well, it is well deserved. there is nothing wrong about it, and I understand now why they charge much more than the usual hotel in Manila. Everything is perfect. Staff, room, amenities, even for a normal, lower price room (still expensive) you have it for your money. If you have the money to stay, and you want the royal treatment... go there."
