"Friendly staff, clean rooms"

"Liked: Location was excellent- train station, restaurants, convenience stores, and a pharmacy all minutes away. Neighbourhood wasn’t super loud or crowded. There was a decent amount of space in the room for four people (four twin beds). There was an air conditioner in the room. The body wash smelled nice. Disliked: the room had a funny smell to it and unfortunately you can’t open the windows. It wasn’t unbearable but I noticed it every time we came back to the room. Also the beds were hard as rock which wasn’t unexpected but still a bummer."

"Automated checkin and checkout is a breeze but it was glad to have actual people attending to your room needs. Availability of luggage self-storage area was very convenient for those who arrived before the checkin time. Loved the availability of laundry room enabled us to replenish our supply of clean clothings. The drinking water station was so convenient in refilling our personal water bottles. Buffet breakfast was ok but it could still be improved. Excellent customer service from quick-to-respond and very polite staff. Hotel’s proximity from Tawaramachi train station was a big big plus."
