The locals call these cherry blossoms "Kuramae Sakura," although I'm pretty sure they are a type of yama-zakura. This was a great choice for our family. The area was quiet but still very accessable to the Metro and jr line. We enjoyed the breakfast, it is small but sufficient and a good start to a day of sight seeing. The kitchen area has everything we needed and the bathroom and shower we're very nice. We had the bunk bed set up and our son loved having his own 'fort bed '. Would definitely stay here again

This was our 1st trip to Japan, me and 2 kids (13 and 16 year olds). We stayed in the room with the bunk beds. 16 yr old on top bunk, me and 13 year old on bottom bunk. We only had 1 pillow each and when I asked for more they would only supply 2. Staff were friendly. They don't provide new towels unless you ask for them and it was not easy to find onsite staff as they were busy in building sometimes. We stayed 5 nights and there were times when I just grabbed extra towels from the cart if I saw it on our floor as that was easier than trying to find staff. Breakfast was ok, kind of like a continental breakfast. They offered each of us a welcome drink upon check-in which was nice (coffee, matcha or juice). On NYE they had instant noodle bowls for free in lobby. Location was great, less than 10 mins to Kurame and Asakusa stations.

This hotel is perfect for a stay in the area, with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Very big, clean and cozy room, walkable neighbourhood and close to sights and metro stations. There was one disappointment though: These pillows in the bed were very uncomfortable and hard like rocks. That felt like a weird choice, because the mattresses were very comfortable. We’ve travelled through Japan a lot so far and have never had this. Other than that I would recommend everyone staying in this hotel.

Love that they have a wash/dryer. Fits a family of five. Very spacious. Bed and pillow might be firm if you sleep on soft bed. It was good for us because we prefer firm. Very quiet. Very Clean. Breakfast is okay. It’s good that they do have breakfast. Contain pastries and soup. Choice of coffee tea and matcha. Most transportation are around the corner or a few blocks away. There are convenient stores close by. Easy if you have hungry children in the middle of the night. There’s also drinks vending out side. Good place to stay!

We got the basement apartment. Place was clean and easy to access. Location is superb. Only minor issue is the slightly poor ventilation in one part of the apartment but the AC and dehumidifier helped to overcome it.

在都營大江戶線 藏前站A5出口（有電梯），走路3分鐘，另一個地鐵 都營淺草線也不遠。 旅館在住宅區內，隔音很好、水壓足、房間乾淨、空間大，但要走到地鐵附近才有便利商店。入住退房都是自助式，入住時用手機掃大廳櫃檯的QRcode ，填個人資料、旅館給的番號（4碼）後就會得到房間號碼和密碼，請記得截圖！ 退房時掃房間門把的QRcode 後按確定即可退房。

満足なお宿でした。

とても綺麗なお部屋で家族大人４人でもゆったり寝れました。 洗面ボウルも２つあり混雑することなく、シャワーとドライヤー、ヘアアイロンがリファの製品で使い心地が良かったです。 ドラム式洗濯機が部屋にあり、夜洗濯したら朝には乾いていて、とても便利でした。 朝も軽食がサービスでついていて、ありがたかったです。 ありがとうございました！
