"The staff were all really nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bar has a lot of options. They also offer a shared dinner, up to 10 people per night, and that was a great experience with a great group of people. We would stay here again in the future!"

"La maison est jolie de l'extérieur. Les parties communes sont sympa mais le mobilier est parfois très usé. Les sanitaires sont propres. Par contre, notre chambre et le lit étaient très petits, sans charme, mal insonorisée pour la chambre et moyennement propres (beaucoup de poussières sous le lit, un fil électrique qui traine en plein milieu et une couette jaunâtre). Ça va pour une nuit, mais pas plus. Point positif : le personnel est gentil."

"We stayed at the Superior Twin Room with private bathroom. The view from that room was simply amazing. We really enjoyed making good use of the kitchen and common areas. The kitchen has utensils, coffee, tea and filtered hot and cold water. The common area also had a bunch of different books and games if you felt like having a relaxing day. The best part of this place is the Onsen. Also, there is a 7-11 within a 3 min walk. Overall, I highly recommend "

"Got there at 10:15pm and found out check in ended at 10pm. Couldn’t even get anyone on the messenger. Had no cell phone service in Japan. Wouldn’t recommend "

"A truly unique experience that my family loved. The accommodation is over 100 years old, so it creaks, has low doorways and steep stairs but that was what made it charming. The staff were amazing at check in!"
