Dear Richard, thank you for your comments. We inspected the guest room thoroughly and couldn't see any issue as you mentioned. All bathrooms have brand new high standard shower heads recently replaced by Consumer Energy. The door locks are also recently replaced with high quality and more secured locks. Also as you are advised at checkin and all other guests that if you see any issue contact the office immediately. This notice is also in each room. Unfortunately, you never contacted office or service maids. Sometimes we are not in good mood due to any reason. Thanks again

Dear Michelle, thank you for your comments. You reserved room for 7 nights and called to cancel on 2nd day. We understand you didn’t show up but we kept your room. Our cancellation policy is 72-hours before checking. Expedia also told you. Your total charges were 700.00 dollars and we refunded you about 500.00 dollars. We couldn’t rent out the room since neither you canceled in advance nor called us. We only charged for days we waited. I hope you understand. Thank you
