"Excellent hotel, great rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. But the dining options in the hotel are extremely limited, just one cafe bar with tables. Disappointing in a hotel of such quality. And the shower was odd in that the only way to get adequate water pressure was to make the water scalding hot. I would stay there again."

"Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating.
I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property.
Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room...

"Nice hotel but the black out curtain does not cover the whole window and the sun streams in through the side of the curtain. (This cost a star on the rating.)
Breakfast was not included. Charge to park in garage, but plenty of street parking for free!
Location is good if you are in the area. Not great depending on where you need to go in LA. But good for my family and friends.
Gym is 3 machines and some weights. TV did not work on the treadmill. Makes for a boring workout."

"At first we thought we were going to be treated as VIPs and have a great room. However, when we walked in, the room did not smell so fresh. It seemed they used some scent to cover the bad smell.
The carpet did not seem clean either. There was dust all throughout the light fixtures in the bathroom.
The whole room actually needed a thorough and complete updating.
There were 2 bathrobes there that needed to be replaced because they both were in tatters. They also needed to replace the towels as...
