"Loved our time there and we will most likely come again! Pros: rooms were so clean and luxurious, the spa was amazing, food was really good and they were very accommodating with my sons allergy, staff was great Cons: I just wish there was something else for kids to do such as a playground or a small water park or slide. I was annoyed that the carousel rides cost extra when there wasn't a ton for kids to do. I also didn't like being hastled to do the time share breakfast when I just wanted to set up an excursion without that. "

"Room was clean, a few cosmetic things, but that had no effect on our stay. Pools were clean and plenty of space to accomodate everyone. Water temps were cool, but no different than any other resort we have stayed at in the winter. Food was good and service throughout the resort was excellent!"
