"We knew this wasn’t typical all-inclusive hotel, but the meal service kept changing during our stay. First, breakfast was a buffet, then it switched to a menu. One day the service was perfect, the next day it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the beach because of the large amount of seaweed. The rooftop pool is for adults only. The kids couldn’t enjoy the view. Our vacation wasn’t bad, it was just good."

"The property was nice. The reservation and app system was difficult to navigate. Pickleball courts were under construction when we were there so only one court available until last day. The food was not good. I stuck with salads and veggies and buffet."

"The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. "
