The room state and picture on expedia not similar.
I arrived late past midnite of 1 Dec. The bedsheet had long hair. Not mne, as I only have short hair.
The bed sheet had stains.
There were no towels.
I had to call housekeeping to send them to me at 2am in the morning.
The next morning, I noticed there was no toothbrush or toothpaste.
Again, I had to call housekeeping and was told that it was only available upon request.
I had called reception, that I was quite upset with state of the room and facilities.
I was informed that I could make a call from the roo at no charges.
But upon check out, I was asked to pay for the call.
Anyway, I WANTED TO CHECK OUT and move out to Excelsior Hotel as I was quite dismayed with room.
The only thing was that most rooms were on high occupancy rate at all hotels. I had to madke do with what I had. MOST of all my time was spent out of the room exceot to come back and get some sleep.
Luckily, Angie the dutymanager, apologised and said that she will arrange for waiver and allow me to check out late on 3rd Dec, which happended to be also my birthday.
All I can say, is that I was very disappointed with my stay. However, If i had known earlier, I would have arrange3d to upgrade myself to another hotel or room if it was available.
