Good food around and free parking at the hotel. The room itself is clean.

Really a 2 star. A bit disappointing. Shower drain clogging so you were swimming in water after a short shower, shower glass screen removed and not replaced so water splashed everywhere! Water leaking down a wall onto entry wall. Clean but torn pillowcase. No bottled drinking water. Kettle but no tea or coffee. Cafe not operating, and boxes stacked on counters. Not sure if they are renovating but generally the place very messy. Noisy night club across road and a new Bollywood style nightclub opening right next to it on 1 Sept. not ideal for sleeping. Good location and 5 mins walk to plenty of eating halls and cafes…. 5 mins walk to night markets that operate 7pm - 1am 7 days a week.

很糟糕的住宿品質

住了兩晚花了8百多元的馬幣 以5星級酒店的房價 住到有如工業廢墟環境的房間 旅館對面有一間PUB每天播音樂到凌晨一點才結束 房間隔音又超級爛 房客跟對街的躁音 真是一次相當糟糕的住宿體驗
洗手檯的磁磚掉了一大塊也不修補 有小孩子的旅客非常危險
浴缸施工就是非常的廉價 露了一個洞也不裝潢ㄧ下
走道到處都是掉落的裝潢未修補

空港行きバス停に近くアクセス良い

部屋が広く、メイドの女性客も親切でした。 部屋内に冷蔵庫はないですが、TV、湯沸し器、冷房機があり、ミネラルウォーターサーバーはロビーにありました。 周辺は、飲食店かあり、外貨両替店、夜には夜市が開かれます。 とても良い場所でした。

The location was excellent! Near the famous Dim Sum places and excellent food stores. However, this hotel has a very bad insect problem. We got bit by mosquitoes in the lobby. The rooms (we booked 2 room) had a very bad ant and case worm problem. We bought pastries and left them on the table, and within half an hour, it was covered in ants! Even though we tied the food up, the ants bit a hole in the plastic bag. When we 1st arrived, the corridor lighting leading to one of the rooms was not turned on and made the walk into that room very creepy and spooky. The rooms also does not have a tissue box, u got to bring your own. If you want to stay at this hotel, you have to be the non fussy sort. Otherwise, the rooms had very nice thick towels and the biggest toilet ever

The room was pretty comfy and clean. the receiving area was also fine and the staff I have encountered with were all helpful and kind. They could maybe improve on the outlook of the lobby outside the rooms. It was eerie walking from the lift to the rooms especially coz I was in block B. Otherwise, it was worth the price and very convenient to go around the city.

Another Disappointed Stay Within a Week

Disappointed that the hotel "mess" up the booking confirmation. Was told that it was not booked earlier, then the intended room size booked was not available . Although there were some "remedies", the family ended up in 2 separate rooms instead of the big family room for 5 pple.

I booked one room for my mom for 2 nights stay at the hotel, but when checking in the hote staff fail to find the details of my mom where I already stated the guest name is under my mom's name, end up my mom waited for half an hour for the staff to clarify. However the staff manage to upgrade the room for my mom(though she not really like the upgraded room ><) but better than none. So service in overall is moderate.
