Pros: bed was comfy, quiet area, could sleep well, air con worked, shower worked without any major issues, friendly staff, wifi worked ok Cons: did not replenish sufficient toilet paper (only half roll left and no extra provided at room cleaning), needed to put in extra efforts to request for supply

Overall it was a good experience here. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast so so only, not much choices. The only plus was they do have an egg station where you can enjoy the omelette, scrambled eggs, and half boiled eggs. Black coffee ☕ good taste. You can find eateries surrounding that area, dim sum and hawker food. Worth the stay.

comfortable 1 night stay. convenient to get around and didn't have issues with parking. unfortunately the weekend we stayed, there was some water issue but I guess that is a municipal matter.

Lovely hotel!
Great loction, walkable to the famous Nasi Ganja Ayam Merah and Cathay Mee Stall. Rooms are cute nd cosy. Nicely-done with all the amenities. Breakfast was a choice of American and local set. Pleasant staff. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Bad service. Room for MYR 190 rate same with room MYR 170. Mean waste money to book MYR190 room. Front counter service very bad and always said don't know when I ask something. Not professional at all.

Free shuttle to the airport and main attractions. The driver is extremely friendly! Breakfast is nice. Hotel is opposite a 24 hour coffee shop which sells cheap and nice prata. There’s also a coffee shop nearby which opens at night and has a variety of nice food.

Pleasant surprise
This hotel was a surprise. It's really modern & better than the 3 star rating. Very clean & comfortable, with a good breakfast, and delightful sky bar. Easy walk to Old town and Ipoh Parade, but a free shuttle service is also offered. Lou Wong is just a couple of blocks away.

Near Old Town
Near to old town. Takes about 10 minutes leisure pace to walk there. Many eateries around including famous bean sprout chicken, hor fun, and salted chicken. Hotel’s breakfast has a good spread. Good service, friendly and helpful staff.

Check in and out was a breeze. Very helpful staff and hotel drivers. There are food stalls opened in day and night just below hotel. Hotel provides shuttle to old town and Ipoh Parade and Airport at 3 hour intervals. I will be back again.

Location is great as it’s close to some famous eating places. There’s a hawker Centre downstairs - Hillview cafe which opens at night. Took the basic “Superior” Room, was acceptably clean, even though it was small the layout was efficient. For such a small room, the bathroom was very spacious.
