"The location of this unit is the absolute best in the complex. Watching the sun rise over the ocean while sipping coffee from the balcony was priceless. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk to get to the ocean, and the heated outdoor pool is in this building. The indoor pool, workout area, and hot tub were a quick walk down a couple buildings, but very easy to get to. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return some day. "

"Every thing was good however the unit needs some love in a few areas. Few patches of the ceiling texture were hanging and about to fall off. Not a big deal, however; our Biggest issue we had is with the main bedroom’s bathroom shower. We had to put a lot of effort into getting the handle to not only flow water but also to shut it off. My wife couldn’t do it herself; hell I struggled with it. Definitely an issue that needs to be addressed "

"I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder. "I emailed and called multiple to times to attempt to get WiFi working and more towels. I never received a response about either. Very disappointing. "

"We enjoyed our stay. We loved the ocean theme at the apartment. Very clean rooms. Kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool, parents enjoyed hot tub and sauna especially on rainy days. They have indoor and outdoor pools. We liked walking on the boardwalk to the beach. We highly recommend this place and would love to return there again. "
