Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
We had booked the lake view king suite room which the view was not great. When we got into the room it was very hot and we tried to turn the ac on but the air blowing out was still hot. Definitely would not book there again

The air conditioning did not work in my room. They have windows that are unlocked with no screen.
