Hotel Spa di Pulau Hong Kong

"It’s a really nice hotel with good service. The problem we had was accessing with a baby buggy. For both entrances they are not exactly barrier free. The main entrance has stairs or forces you to walk on the road with cars, the second rear entrance has a lot of stairs and you basically have to carry the buggy up this flight of stairs. They need to reform these aspects of the hotel. "

"This was extremely convenient if you like to be in this area. Highly recommend. They gave me a great room overlooking to Kowloon side and views were magnificent. Could take a nice walk to work off jetlag through the neighborhood hills. Highly recommend."

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

"Mandarin is such an iconic hotel in Central, Hong Kong. It continues to provide superior service by all the staff during my stay. The rooms and facilities need renovation; however, I still appreciate the elegant and noetalgic vibe. Location is very convenient. Hope the harbor view will stay since there is a big construction going on near the shoreline. Not sure if the height of the new construction will block the view. Hope not! "
