"Stayed for one night after returning from Europe. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. Great service at the restaurant and a decent gym. The carpet throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, is in dire need of replacement. The carpet in my room must be 25 years old and filthy. The carpet was buckling in many places."

"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "Our room ( 2 queens) had an adjoining room with doors separating it from bedroom. Very nice to have more space."
