"Our first time glamping. It won't be our last. Extremely clean, well thought out pod. Our host was excellent and helpful. There was a small issue with expedia regarding communication with the host before arrival. It was not our hosts fault, but on Expedia's side. "My wife and I stayed at Burnbank Lodges for several days, to celebrate ourv25th anniversary. Campbell and Nina are welcoming, wonderful hosts. Their communication was excellent, and the property has lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the sound of the river outside and the peaceful location. "The cabin was a lovely tranquil space. Away from the hubbub of Portree and all on its own. It was so peaceful looking over the water with a horse and sheep as the immediate neighbours. I didn't manage to work the induction hob but was able to use the oven just fine. The hot tub was a rare treat too. It took a bit to figure it out but nothing a wee Youtube video couldnt fix. "
