Small rooms but well appointed. Great restaurant and solid breakfast. The water pressure is worth the price of admission—best shower!
The staff here were wonderful! Check in lady we had was so incredibly informative, helped us find the attractions we were looking for. Great location, amazing view of the water/castle. The room was adorable. Very old world with the wool blankets. The washroom facilities were clean and it had a great shower.
It's a beautifully appointed historic hotel with a fabulous bar and restaurant. The tartan colors or matching hues in each roomale experience even more magical and we had the view of the River. Also being a runner it gave me a wonderful run just outside my door and along the river enhancing my experience immensely!!
The hotel is located right by River Ness and is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel
We were here on vacation. The location was great, right by the river. The restaurant was good (they seem to dry-age their beef themselves). Staff very helpful, facility very clean. Only drawback, no elevator (which was only an issue with luggage, but staff offered to carry bags up for us). We'd happily come back.
Our check-in experience was great. Our hostess greeted us and got us checked in quickly. She helped re-arrange a taxi for one of our party whose flight got rescheduled.
The apartment was spacious. The rooms were clean.
The location was great for walking to the Ness Islands and for getting close to Inverness Castle, Inverness Cathedral and City Centre.
This was a very convenient location with which to explore Inverness. The room was adequately sized and the shower and large tub were very nice. The double bed sagged deeply in the middle almost as if two twins pushed together. No small fridge which I always find useful when traveling. This was one of our last stays in Scotland so I was quite surprised to find none of the usual Scottish smiles and welcoming attitudes as at prior locales. Unfortunately we found the staff to be quite dour and seemingly inconvenienced with questions. An overall average rating, room for improvement though.
Great hotel in a great location. We walked to the bus station for our tour of lochness and its an easy walk to lots of dining options and a grocery store. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent so do eat there at least once during your stay.
