"DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN with this review! I never write a bad review But this, THIS WAS UNSPEAKABLE EVENTS!! I am pretty sure the pics that are on the site for advertising are from a completely different hotel all together ok. Nothing, NOTHING that was included in my booking was even an option when i got there. 1 On street vicinity parking: if you consider 12 bocks away in the vicinity. 2 once you got to the hotel you had to turn around and walk back to a different hotel to check in 3....

"Very tired old property. When they showed us the room it first reminded me of one of the servant quarters in a recent historic house tour. We booked a classic double. The room was damp, full of dusty furniture and the bed mattress springs were gone. There was a tiny window with a view to nothing. We lasted 10 mins and left. "Lovely hotel with views of the firth, welcoming, warm and helpful staff, a delicious dinner and a comfortable bed. They went above and beyond and gave us a ride to the airport the next morning! Highly recommend!"

"The best B & B I’ve stayed in. The host Helen is absolutely lovely, and fixes an amazing breakfast. The room was charming, well decorated, and had amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Tea, water and a couple snacks were also provided in the room. A wonderful place, I hope one day to return."

"My partner and I remarked that the woman at the front desk was the first unfriendly person we had met in the highlands. When we got to the room, it was un-vacuumed and there were grease smears on all surfaces and the headboard. Each of the cups in coffee corner were dirty with lip marks/greasy fingerprints."
