B&B HOTEL Inverness

B&B HOTEL Inverness

10/10 Excellent
"What a great hotel! The whole staff team were fantastic- everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also particularly good for visitors with access needs - we stayed in an accessible room which was huge, the location is close to the train station & the bus station (for the sight seeing bus) as well as lots of restaurants and bars. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming up to Inverness."

"The rooms were ok, no plug points or USB options. We didnt have a uk plug but none in the reception to borrow. We were given really old type of rooms but I think there are better ones there. View was great from kids upper floor but our river view room ( premium paid) was nothing to write about. Breakfast was fine, again nothing to write about. Location is really good but could have booked elsewhere, lot of places near by. We got parking across the street for free but front desk didnt offer theirs"

Craigmonie Hotel Inverness by Compass Hospitality

Craigmonie Hotel Inverness by Compass Hospitality

8/10 Good
"This hotel is lovely. We stayed as a family of 3 and our room was big and spacious. The room was extremely clean and appeared to have been modernised recently. The shower was excellent! Although the curtains in the room were fine, they were not attached properly to the curtain rings and pole therefore looked a bit messy, however, not a huge issue for us. Very friendly staff for the most part, although one of the ladies that served us at the bar wasn't very sociable and didn't seem to have much patience. Bar area was lovely, however, there were a couple of guests who were sat outside and kept coming in and out thought the fire escape door, leaving it ajar so they could do this. We were therefore not able to enjoy a relaxing drink as the midgies kept flying in. The pool also isn't great and the steam room wasn't working during our stay. Apart from that, the hotel is lovely and we would definitely stay here again. Cosy, clean, and our evening meal in the restaurant was top notch ๐Ÿ‘Œ great breakfast too."

"A brief one night stay in between taking the sleeper - room was large and beds were comfortable. Ideally situated in the centre of Inverness we were able to get about easily. Did not have breakfast but did use the bar - service was friendly and prompt. Use of the luggage room was also handy as we took a tour out to Loch Ness in the rain. Hotel did provide umbrellas!"

"Staff were brilliant. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was disappointing based on how good dinner was. Room was lovely, clean. It was pricey for one night stay. It was a last minute stay, If I had other options I probably wouldnt have chosen it based on the price but I canโ€™t fault it really."
