"Great stay in Harrogate. "

"Lovely guest house in a great location within walking distance to the bars, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was great, the room was were spotless and the hosts a lovely couple. The fact you get a parking permit is an added bonus too, I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"The property is in a great location. Bar area was very nice . The breakfast was lovely. The only downside was the room was a little tired looking and had very noisy creaky floorboards."

"The hotel is wonderfully located in a beautiful old building. The bar area is very comfortably and the rooms are nice and bright, having had a refurb in the recent past. The staff are hit and miss, some are absolutely lovely, caring and helpful, others treat you like you’re in the way, which is a shame. The rooms have an iron and ironing board, kettle and basic toiletries."

"Fantastic staff ! Hotel is a little tired but very clean and welcoming and a fantastic location, evening meal really tasty can’t comment on breakfast as we went to Bettys tea room "

"A good stay as always, some areas where very hot as heating was on but we were able to switch this off in our room. We had a fire alarm go off on Friday evening but staff were prompt to evacuate and well organized. "

"Unfortunately there was a very large wedding on the weekend we were there which definitely impacted negatively on our stay as there were lots of very loud people in the public areas. It would be better if they could be allocated areas that were specifically for them. Also disappointed in the menu for the dining room. I did not feel that the options reflected the rest of the facilities in the hotel. "
