"the place looked closed when I arrived. Grass/ weeds growing in the parking lot makes the hotel look deserted. Walking into the lobby, the smell of smoke is the first thing you notice. The check in staff was friendly but the check out staff was rude. If the person working check out was working when I checked in, I would have left. "
