"The hotel has a welcoming traditional vibe as you enter through mature gardens to a courtyard with a fountain. Our room was a very good size with a comfortable bed, dressing room and a proper full sized bath. There is a choice of modern or traditional. Breakfast was nice, a good cooked breakfast and fresh fruit was a plus, although some cold items had not been replenished and there was no choice of yoghurt. "Excellent service from the staff always pleasant with a smile. Good choice for breakfast which is included in the price. Rooms kept clean and comfortable beds. Easy access to the railway station which is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a NCP car park nearby although we did not use it as we had a rail rover ticket. Overall a very good and well positioned hotel to base yourself from. We have stayed here a number of years now and always find it good value for money and you are well looked...
