"It’s a small hotel with boutique vibes, which we really liked – it felt personal, friendly and welcoming rather than corporate. The staff were warm and helpful, and the whole place had a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The location is excellent – around 10 minutes from Hammersmith and the tube station – but set in a quiet, safe area so you’re away from the hustle and bustle when you want to relax. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calm. Overall, a really pleasant stay and great value for London. Would definitely recommend!"

"Can’t speak highly enough about The Drey! The staff were so kind and welcoming and I was even able to check in a couple hours early. As a solo woman travelling I felt very safe with the online key card and overall vibe of the hotel. The room was clean and perfect for one person (I booked the Snug room). Location is fantastic, just a stones throw from Earl’s Court Station. There’s also plenty of coffee shops and food shops around to grab anything you need. Very pleased with my stay and made my first trip to London in over a decade a very happy one ◡̈ thank you so much to everyone at The Drey. "

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."
