"Great location in between the two for Kew gardens and Wembley in the same weekend. Locaged right next to morrisons and the market so perfect for a breakfast before heading out and plenty of street parming available nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful, we checked in on arrival at 12.15pm so very early and were given a nice spacious room on floor 3. Beds were comfy but only had 1 pillow each and bedding very thin but perfect for the hot weather while we stayed. Air con didnt work but a fan...

"Had to wait 10 mins to check in, as there was no one on reception at 3pm. Spoke to a cleaner, who wasn't prepared to help, or find a member staff to help check us in. Rip off parking prices."

"Slightly convenient location but rooms are definitely portrayed very different in the photos than reality. No good air flow, old fans provided that barely put out a puff of air, bathroom was musty and everything seemed worn down. The best was hard as a rock. Plenty of other nearby choices for stays that are actually cheaper/just as convenient."

"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits...

"Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot. The television remote control was disgusting, completely gunged up with grime. The carpet was very dirty around the edges - dust and rubbish, skirtings had a thick layer of dirt and dust. "The welcome from the manager is great, very secure, clean and Elat the main manager is very helpful. The location is great and for a budget hotel on the edge of turnham green there is nothing better."

"The room was basic. There were flies in the bathroom, seemed to be coming out of the light. No security lock on the door so did not feel very safe. The downstairs entrance hall smelt badly if urine."
