"Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff was probably my only ding. Check in and out was subpar for a luxury hotel. I understand having to wait but if you see a guest standing there for a period of time and aren’t assisting another guest just be polite, acknowledge our presence and say I’ll be right with you. Subpar experiences like this bookended our otherwise fine stay."

It is in a fabulous location and close to Beacon Hill, museums, the BC Legislature, downtown, etc. The room was clean and well maintained.
