"easily the best place I've stayed this year. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the whole hotel felt well run and inviting. Fantastic value for money in a great location. I'll definitely be staying here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. "Excellent surroundings and a great place to stop over. The staff was wonderful and supportive. Overall, we were happy with the overall stay and the offered continental breakfast. Easy check in and out. Free overnight parking until 10 am in the morning and then paid parking if necessary."

"It’s not worth being called a hotel"

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Good location for attending Classical Concert event at Leeds Castle. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can only comment on the accommodation. Our stay took place over a very warm weekend and the air-conditioning unit in our room wasn’t able to cool the space effectively. In fairness we didn’t report it to Reception, but would hope all air-conditioning is checked regularly."

Bar not respecting clients privacy by shouting room numbers across the bar and names. Unacceptable.
