"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! "

"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"The location is great for attending events at the Excel Centre, or nearby areas such as Canary Wharf, Greenwich, etc. It is also convenient because it is right off the Prince Regent DLR station. Just be aware that if you need to get to tourist attractions, many of them are at least 40 minutes away via transit."

"The first impression was very welcoming. We were a little early for our check-in but the team checked and said that our room was already prepared. Although the room was small with the twin beds we requested, it had everything that you would need. Very clean and the beds were cosy and comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast which was very good value, I would certainly recommend it. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return to this hotel and will certainly be telling my friends and family. I also liked the calming atmosphere and the ethos of this hotel. "
