"Room door: latch was faulty. I had to pull hard to get it to catch. Back of the door is broken.
2. Window: Lock mechanism was loose. As a couple traveler, this made me uncomfortable.

1. Restroom door completely broken — it hung off the hinge and wouldn’t close. No privacy.
2. Bathroom not cleaned to standard
3. Aircon was weak — ran it on 16°C all night but room never got cold. Was sweating trying to sleep. Filter looked dirty.

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check.
Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. Definitely appreciate the service.

"The hotel’s location was convenient to the shopping centers, but the traffic and just trying to get into the hotel was horrible. "the bed sheet had look like blood stain, small cockcoarch keep checking on us, do not bother asked for room service, NO ONE WILL SHOW UP. the only time a crew will come to your room when you check out to make sure you did not steal anything from them. the food at restaurant is just okay. nothing special. Go to Hotel 101 or Red Planet, for additional few bucks, you got better service.
