We got a Shiatsu massage that was a stone throw away. Room was comfortable and we got a fantastic view of the city on the top floor."

"Overall it's a nice Property in a good location. Be awake that check in time at this hotel is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am and this is strictly enforced by this hotel to the minute. The female reception staff were friendly enough but male staff not. I have to mention that the floor of the room was extremely super dirty my slippers were black and sticky.Looks like the floors are just vacuumed but never washed or wiped with water!! Besides that everything else was okay.Its what to be expected...

"This was a quite nice hotel in the Ginza district of Tokyo. As it seems is universal, the staff were outstanding. The location was close enough to the Tokyo Central train station to walk with our bags (you always felt safe). "The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels. Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature. Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants. Would stay here again!"
