We booked this hotel specifically for the space since most hotels in Tokyo are really small (<15sqm), but location turned out great as well. About a 10-minute walk from Ginza station's marunouchi line.
Price per night is on the higher side, but that is expected for a good sized hotel in Tokyo.
Did not have to interact much with anyone aside from the check-in process - which is great for me.
There are 2 lifts to get to your hotel room, 1 to get to the lobby, 1 to get to the rooms.
The only disappointing thing for me was that the projector only works with your personal device. I thought there was a way to watch some local shows.
Noticed a few circular-shaped spots below the mattress and pillow covers, it may just be the design. I'm not sure. However, hotel still feels clean overall.
Staff at the bar may be a bit colder or maybe they are just tired.
