The hotel is outdated and the pictures do not reflect the condition of the accommodation. During checkin we were welcomed by a friendly staff member but once we came in the room we were in doubt to leave as the bathroom had mold and the bed was not clean. Later we decided to give them a second chance and asked to clean the bed and replace the yellow sheets with clean ones. This was done immediately without questions. However this hotel needs a big renovation to reflect the pictures.

If you are not a very choosy person, its quite a convenient place where you have dining options just in walking distance. The hotel is quite average as the things are quite old but I think it's time for a renovation/refurbishment on the interior.

Both shower and toilet are in the same room. Once you take a shower the whole toilet gets wet. Have never seen such combination before in the world. More over toilet walls are moldy Rooms sre small even though we took a family room when there eere 2 of us. Very inconvenient without a car as it is 1-way street without public transport. Would not stay there again even though we book for 5 nights .

Cleaning environment, friendly staff. It's very nice to provide water and biscuits in the pantry, can borrow hair dryer. But the room size is too small, only one television pragramme. Recommended to provide clothes washing and drying machine.

Undvik detta. Såg väldigt lockande ut på bilderna och bra pris för 3 stjärnigt men usch så fel man kan ha. Rummet vi fick var inget mer än en minimal kvadrat där inget mer än sängen fick plats om man bortser från det lilla badrummet. Fanns knappt någon plats att ställa sitt bagage. Hur detta ställe klassas som 3 stjärnigt är bortom mig. Jag har sovit på 1/2 stjärnigt som är mycket mycket bättre. Sök istället för något som är på rea om du inte har många andra val så blir du säkert mer nöjd. Jag bodde på 3st ställen i Penang för samma budget och detta var extremt besvikande. Det enda positiva är trevlig personal samt nära till 2st köpcentrum. Vår "utsikt" var någon annans tak och en fasad..

There is a red stain on bed sheet, the mineral water has been opened and drink by someone else, and left it there with half bottle of water. There is rubbish on floor when we checked in, like there is no house keeping. The TV is full of dust, the toilet are not same as photo shown. And there is cockroaches and ants around, yuckssss!!!! I never stay here again. Anyway, the staff are super friendly and kind :) that’s the only thing good about this hotel.
