Great stay!

The room is quite spacious and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Like the location of the hotel, walkable distance to some malls and eatery. Will definitely stay again when coming to Penang.

Great Stay

Hotel staff were great especially the concierge and restaurant staff. Helpful and very knowledgeable. Staff spoke English very well my Malay is terrible. Room large and well appointed. Pool nice. I would stay here again. Close to the things I needed.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff were lovely. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby but the roads are busy so crossing them can be a challenge. You can walk to many of the historic sights.

Perfectly pleasant hotel. As ever, very warm, friendly and helpful staff with a professional approach to their work. Great location in the centre of George Town - try 99 McNair for hawker food - 2 minutes round the corner from the hotel. Room was pleasant, clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. Lobby bar was nice with good cocktails and great live music at the weekend. The club lounge is good - the selection of drinks is small but OK - international and local beer, wine and free pour brand spirits. The food is more than sufficient for an evening supper if you can't be bothered going out (or if like me you are greedy) but it would be better still if it was more authentic malay food. We would stay here again. :-)
