"Loved the property and the condo! 10/10"

"Loved that the breakfast buffet was included. The outdoor pool was a little cold to swim in, but weather was nice enough to lay out. The fitness center needs some major upkeep and attention, but overall it was a great weekend."

"Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational. They could have at...

"We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was in a great location. Within walking distance to. Broadway and other attractions. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. Complimentary breakfast had many choices, We would definitely stay there again in the future. Great value for the price."

"The hotel room was perfect for my husband and myself. Only thing that i would suggest is microwaves, as being downtown Nashville, there is a ton of food and no way to reheat them. Other then that it was amazing. Walking distance to anything downtown"

"The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again."
