"The hotel is in a great location near everything. The subway and bus stops were nearby if needed. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The lobby on the 15th floor had beautiful Christmas trees and views of other buildings. The room was comfortable and clean with view of the city. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to take the elevator from the 1st to 15th floor then go to another set of elevators to go up to your room. "The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The vent up near the ceiling in my room needed to be cleaned. The shower was fantastic. Could have used instructions on how to use the coffee maker lol. The location was amazing! We hung out down in the lobby area and the staff were super nice. We had some shareables to eat and everything was good. We did not eat breakfast. I would recommend and stay here again. "
