"Clean room with all amenities, staff super friendly, area is quite but close to the river for nice walk, a bit of a walk to metro station but once there you connect with many spots!"

"Almost like a ryokan. You will be walking on tatami mats throughout the hotel from check in to the room. The public onsen was clean and very relaxing. Breakfast buffet had many options, including tempura and chiraishi bowls. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for English speakers. Would stay this chain when I revisit Japan in future"

"Imperial surpassed expectations. From the moment you walk in, staff stand ready to assist, with even the smallest request. the family room is simply perfect for a small family of four and the adjoining rooms were so comfortable. floor area was tremendous, for example, in the main room, there was a 2 seater sofa, with a lazy chair and work table, and tv console with luggage area. i could still open up two large Rimowa luggages in the middle of the room and have space to walk around them. the kids also enjoyed their space in their room, with two single beds, and ensuite facilities, and two small tables to get their own things done, together with their own wardrobe closet. there were different breakfast options, of which i tried the Jap-Western on L2 and the Jap one on L24. variety was sufficient but for the L2 fusion, I would have hoped for more fruits, especially the japanese melons and grapes if possible. i would definitely look forward to another stay there. "
"Hotel very convenient as it just outside the JR exit. Room size may be a bit smaller but luggage can put under the bed. Bathroom a bit small but have a small bathtub. Weird thing is Air Con temperature can’t be adjusted as it a centralised. So sometime at night sleeping feel a bit hot. Over all is okay "
"This is an elegant and refined property with high-end shopping in the lobby and exquisite service. Castle view rooms are magnificent, although the property itself sits against a business park, and you will need to take a convenience subway to get to shopping districts and sites other than Osaka Castle. Note the castle is literally 100 foot walk from the hotel and is not to be missed."
"It was great in all aspects. Room is quite spacious, clean, and cozy. I didn't experience any noise issue.
In the same building, convient store is just 1st floor, and subway(keihan) is undeground. It's located in safe and not crowded area. It's close to Umeda, and Namba. Staffs are all friendly and nice. Will come back!!!"
"Great area, lots of dining and shops below hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and staff was helpful and courteous. Only negative was that breakfast was expensive and not worth the money, better off getting something to eat elsewhere. "
"The entire process, from check-in to room service to check-out, was flawless—great central hub location, next to many convenience stores and train station entrances. If I ever revisit Osaka, this is my go-to stay! "
