"We upgraded to the double twin room so we had our own beds, which was a great decision. The room was a good size for two people, with convenient access to the local station and Osaka Castle. Some food but limited options in the area, but relatively easy to catch a train to most places. Great staff, and easy access to amenities like toothbrushes, face wash, lotion etc. comfortable beds in a relatively quiet spot."

"The hotel felt brand new. The rooms were big enough for me as a person from North America. The front desk was really friendly. There are 2 train lines close by so it was very convenient to walk to a station. Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 were all very close. Steps away. There's a McDonalds nearby too. There's only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the entire building"

"We stayed 2 nights in a deluxe triple corner room and wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic hotel, the photos don't do it justice, the room was huge and had excellent spotlessly clean facilities and amenities. The highlight was the Reception staff, so kind and helpful, especially when our Japanese family arrived. They helped us take photos and order taxis etc. Much appreciated. Breakfast was good but we would have liked some pastries, but that's just our taste. Highly recommend this...

"Almost like a ryokan. You will be walking on tatami mats throughout the hotel from check in to the room. The public onsen was clean and very relaxing. Breakfast buffet had many options, including tempura and chiraishi bowls. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating for English speakers. Would stay this chain when I revisit Japan in future"
