"This was a gorgeous hotel that felt very luxurious and comfortable and also had crazy amazing views of Osaka Castle. The room was big and beautiful with comfy beds. My only complaint is that I booked a room with two double beds and a twin tatami bed yet neither the hotel nor hotels.com mentioned Id be paying an additional $100 fee to actually USE the the tatami bed for my 9 yr old to sleep on."
